The range starts from the low cost K1 seamer which is ideal for very short run either conventionally printed or digitally printed labels, progressing to the ultra high speed K5 platform which has non stop unwinders and rewinders.

The recently launched Plus series allows the automatic size adjustment of the flat width of the sleeve and the capability to position the seam very closely to the fold of the sleeve, this is particularly useful for square shaped containers to position the seam close to the corner of the square article.

Speeds of up to 500m/minute are achieveable on the Karlville shrink sleeve equipment range which can be complemented with real time flat width measurement and automatic positioning of the solvent adhesive strip to maintain perfect quality shrink sleeves.
