Shrink Sleeve Cutting Machines

Cut single shrink sleeves are used where automatic shrink sleeve application from the reel format is not employed. Cut singles are often used for promotional twin packs as well as smaller brands where hand application is often employed.

Shrink sleeve labels can either be supplied in reel fed or cut single format. reel fed labels are used on automatic sleeve application machines to apply labels automatically onto bottles and other containers. However cut single shrink sleeve labels are also a very common format of shrink sleeve labels and these are normally applied individually by hand application by operators before the shrink sleeve heat shrink tunnel.

The Karlville shrink sleeve cutting machine can run up to 400 sleeves per minute or 40MPM depending upon the sleeve cut length. This machine is the ideal machine for high speed cut single shrink sleeve production.

The potential to add an oscillating rewinder to perforate in print register labels to produce full body shrink sleeves with tear off tamper evidence is a useful feature of this machine. T- Perforations, V-Perforations, tabs and tear notches in register with print are also possible on the karlville C1 machine.
