Flat Bottom or box pouches are becoming more popular and are commonly used in the powder and granular products industries, such as bird seed, salts, sugars, whey powders, horticultural products and animal feeds.

Flat bottom box pouch making machines are large pouch converting machines and usually complex in nature due to the construction of flat bottom pouches. The box pouches are made from multiple webs inserted together to create a completely flat bottommed pouch which are very useful to maximise the volume of the pouch and ideal for display purposes.

The machine operates with side insert gusset station equipped with web accumulator to assist in non-stop production. Production speeds of up to 120PPM are achieveable in two up production.
