The Karlville StarTec range can be fitted inside the existing filling line/labelling head framework to achieve tamper evident labelling up to 600CPM. This is an ideal solution for certain cutomers wishing to add tamper evident functionality to an existing filling line.

The Karlville TamperTec comes in a wide range of speeds to suit the application and is a stand-alone unit which can be easily retrofitted to an existing filling line or installed at the time of installation. In total there are seven variants of TamperTec lines going progressivley from 100CPM to 1200CPM, a separate shrink unit is required as well as this very high speed applicator.

Lastly the CombiTec tamper evident shrink sleeve applicator is as the name suggests a combination tamper evident shrink sleeve applicator combined with a shrink tunnel on the same block of the machine the speed range of the CombiTec is from 40 to 150 CPM.
