Shrink Sleeves are commonly used as a labelling method for several market sectors such as beverage labelling. Shrink Sleeves adjust to the containers shape and provide 360 degree decoration.

Shrink sleeve rewinding machines are extremely useful for salvaging and editing poor quality shrink sleeve labels on the reel. They are ideal for re-working or doctoring reels of labels togther to create a full size reel and editing bad printing or other quality defects.

TheKarlville have a range of three rewinding machines dedicated for shrink sleeve rewinding. Rewinding is used to edit, inspect, remove waste and rework part rolls of shrink sleeves. 

Shrink Sleeves not produced on a continuous non stop turret rewinder invariably require rewinding to remove core unseamed core waste.

The karlville rewinders oscillate reels perfectly to improve reel edge profiles and improve the consistency of reel tension to achieve perfect winding.

Forward and reverse rewinding is possible on the Karlville rewinders as is in register joining of reels and stroboscope print inspection.
