ShrinkPack supplies two options for spout inserting and then filling through the spout machines.

The first option is taking a pre-made pouch, inserting the spout and then filling.

The second option is taking a reel of flexible packaging, forming the pouch, inserting the spout and then filling through the spout.

The Bossar full servo pouch maker is suitable for long run high speed small pouch filling requirements where the pouch is formed from reel fed flexible packaging roll stock and then subsequently filled on a continuous motion integrated aseptic filling solution up to 240PPM.

A truly low production cost alternative for high capacity demanding products where efficiency, quality, hygiene and safety is the key. The bossar pouch maker can also produced high speed spouted pouches out of line and feed customers existing pre-spouted pouch filling lines to reduce cost and save enormous amounts of space by having a reel fed start point rather than space consuming pre-spouted pouches.

The ScaldoPack OctoFiller is ideal for slower productions where change over of pouch capacities, spout sizes and product types is more imprtant. The ScaldoPack OctoFiller is also suited to higher capcity spouted pouches up to 5000ml for applications such as refill pouches for screenwash or lightweight refill packs to replace rigid packaging formats.
