Stand Up Pouches are commonly used in many market sectors for dry products such as food, pharmaceutical and powders. They are also called bottom gusseted pouches or Doyen pouches. Press to close zippers and shaped pouches are common features.

A pouch machine takes a single web of flexible packaging film or alternatively two webs of flexible packaging film to fold the plastic web and make it into a stand up pouch or sachet used to package consumer goods such as foodstuffs, pet foods, powders, beverages and a whole host of other products.
